AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for a full-time role at Ohio Turnpike Brady's Leap Wendy’s in Mantua, OH. Shifts vary. The ideal candidate will lead a team to achieve top customer service, maintain quality, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements include 2+ years of management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. ServSafe certification is a plus, and cash handling/ POS knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and reconciliation of cash banks and reports.
• Knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team to meet standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Help ensure profitability by managing sales, costs, and labor within guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training; coach team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Interact professionally with clients, executives, and hourly staff at all levels.
• Provide prompt, accurate guidance to clients and management when requested.
