You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient operation of the department in accordance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The F&B Controller ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the accounting processes within the department.
Ideally, candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an F&B Controller in a larger operation is required. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
