Your efforts will directly contribute to our clients' satisfaction and our company's success. The Floating Backup role involves handling regular reporting, communicating campaign performance, and assisting with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations during team members' absences. This role offers flexibility and adapts to periods requiring additional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Execution: Assist in building, launching, and optimizing campaigns. Ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot issues during team member absences.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients when team members are unavailable. Provide updates on lead delivery, address questions, and inform clients about campaign performance.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to keep campaigns on track. Communicate updates, changes, or issues promptly and keep everyone aligned.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on client-facing deliverables to ensure they meet standards before delivery. Maintain accuracy and quality in all materials.
  • Reporting & Updates: Keep clients and internal teams informed about campaign performance. Deliver reports and updates timely, addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Additional Support: Provide extra assistance as needed, such as data entry, updating platforms, managing calendars, or other tasks during team absences.
