Campbell Oil Company Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Minuteman Food Mart Little Caesars Express in Vass, NC. The role focuses on supporting the LCX Manager in daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining food quality and safety standards.

You will lead a team, manage inventory, and help drive sales while maintaining a positive work environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts is expected. Comprehensive training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in business or hospitality management is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 yrs experience in the food service industry, with at least 1 in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members, foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in day-to-day store/restaurant operations and adherence to policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Assist in managing restaurant's financial performance, including sales, costs, and budgets.
• Prepare operational reports including sales forecasts, labor costs, and inventory levels.
