Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and csr’s to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly
• Maintain staffing levels that mirror the needs of business at any point of the day
• Be responsible for end of night bank deposits when closing
• Perform nightly product inventory counts when closing
• Ensure the store is ready to receive orders at opening
• Foster urgency and provide a positive customer experience with every order
• Resolve disputes and convert unhappy customers into return customers
• Collect money and signed receipts from drivers at shift end
• Verify delivery vehicles pass inspections
• Assist with routing to maximize service while meeting Domino's standards
• Uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Cross-train for food prep, opening/closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and proper boxing for delivery/carryout
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers via phone and in person
• Speak/write clearly and use a computer-based order entry system
• Contribute to teamwork, energy, and fun in the store
