Job summary

MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager for our Imperial, MO store at 1271 Main St. You will lead a team, handle scheduling, inventory, and cash, and ensure top-notch service for a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the General Manager to enforce policies, train staff, and drive profitability while maintaining store cleanliness and quality. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
