Zaxby’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant. You will work with both Front of House and Back of House staff to ensure a great guest experience, manage schedules, and uphold brand standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule with day or night shifts, and prior management experience. High school education or equivalent is expected; hours are typically 40–45 per week.

Qualifications

• Full-time position for Assistant Manager.
• Day Shifts 8-5 / Night Shifts 5-Close.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior Management Experience.
• Ability to work 40-45 hours per week.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule; nights and weekends required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.
• Work with Front of House and Back of House staff to ensure great guest experiences.
• Greet guests, explain menu items, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Manage cash handling, orders, and transactions.
• Support training and development of team members.
