Job summary

Burger King is urgently hiring an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. You will lead a motivated team, manage operations, and contribute to a positive, energetic dining environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of quick-service experience and strong leadership skills, with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Location is Villa Clermont area, part of Burger King’s global brand network.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with High School Diploma or GED (college preferred).
• 1-2 years quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of P&L and profitability management.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs with regular inspections and accurate truck orders.
• Maintain and monitor restaurant assets and ensure preventative maintenance.
• Oversee cash control and security procedures to safeguard restaurant assets.
• Motivate and direct team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service.
• Coach and provide feedback to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to enhance performance.
• Ensure restaurant operations meet brand standards and speed of service guidelines.
• Step in as Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed to support the team.
