Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural studies or business preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Reading/writing and speaking English clearly.
• Experience with SIMON Maintenance system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and safety programs.
• Lead and coordinate the operations team to meet production goals.
• Communicate directives to management and workers.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with the operations team.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor safety, quality, and equipment performance.
