Qualifications

• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is required for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship during a 3+ week store leadership training program.
• Support ongoing career and leadership development within the Panda team.
