Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts and executing all restaurant administrative duties.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
• Follow cash control & security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, grow sales and take appropriate action in these areas when necessary.
• Assist RGM in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring Team Members.
• Assist RGM with scheduling facility maintenance needs.
• Handle people issues as they occur when the RGM is out of the restaurant.
