Job summary

Domino's | Team EIP in Owasso, OK is hiring an Assistant Manager in MIT track. You will be placed on an accelerated path to manage shifts within 28 days and attend a monthly class for ongoing training and development. All store GMs start as AMs, building leadership early.

Starting pay is $15 per hour and increases with performance and achieved goals. Multiple store locations (Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Owasso, West Tulsa) offer cross-store opportunities and GM readiness on progression.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Stock ingredients and manage delivery/pantry areas.
• Prepare products and take orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain inventory records and complete paperwork.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Maintain sanitation and food handling standards.
• Must have or obtain a valid food handler permit.
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Possess food handler permit and follow sanitation procedures.
• Flexible schedules and availability for days/nights.
