You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a three-plus week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

This role offers paid training, full-time scheduling flexibility, and growth into management positions as part of Panda Strong since 1983.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet goals and guest-experience standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
