Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. This role focuses on assisting the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates to hit financial goals and ensuring top-notch guest experiences.

We provide 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success and growth within the Panda community. As part of Panda Restaurant Group, you will receive a comprehensive rewards package and ongoing leadership development

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
