The role requires flexibility in location within a 50-mile radius, especially with opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. A Serve Safe certification is preferred, and safety and quality are emphasized throughout

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for flexible schedules, including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and training.
