Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Huntingdon, Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily store operations and deliver great customer experiences. You will support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and policy compliance, while guiding crew and maintaining quality standards.

You will perform duties on the makeline or delivery as needed and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to follow directives and work well under pressure.
• Ability to read and follow maps and locate addresses within delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store operations during your shift, including staffing and scheduling, and administrative duties.
• Maintain cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store performance.
• Perform duties on the makeline or delivery as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policy and procedures 100% of the time.
