Job summary

Domino's in Valdosta, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with team tasks and day-to-day operations. You will manage cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations while mentoring staff to grow future managers.

Responsibilities include staffing, food management, time management, appearance standards, service recovery, attendance, and ensuring brand standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product correctly at an advanced pace.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean store and equipment daily.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating and take ownership for tasks and assignments given to your team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Mentor and develop new managers and staff, ensure policy adherence and standards.
