Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Kapaa, Hawaii. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and help hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
