Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations of a single location and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to ensure strong store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
