Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda store with focus on guest experience and financial goals. You will hire, coach and direct associates and participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operation of a single Panda location and participate in a leadership training program.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support ongoing leadership development and training as part of the role.
