Open availability, reliable transportation, and a Food Safety Certification are required. Expect to work weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts, contributing to weekly pay and growth into a store-management path.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance to complete bank deposits.
• Physically capable of cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining exterior areas.
• Minimum age 18+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to store operations and policies.
• Must have (or obtain) a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
