You will be in charge of hiring, directing and motivating associates, with a 3+ week leadership training program provided to ensure success. This role requires a high school diploma, weekend availability, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and support store leadership and training initiatives; a 3 or more weeks leadership training program will be provided to prepare for success.
