Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to drive financial results and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation of a single Panda store.
Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience.
Participate in a three or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
