Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Fort Smith, Arkansas. You will help run a single store, recruit and guide staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs to prepare for advancement.
