Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and supervise associates to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success and future growth within our store leadership team. We value continuous development and offer mentorship, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement into management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver guest excellence.
• Participate in store leadership training to prepare for future growth and higher responsibilities.
