Job summary

Panda Express is actively seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager, you will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and guide team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
