Circle K Stores Inc. in Port Royal, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and support the Store Manager. You will help hire, train, and mentor team members while ensuring high standards and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage merchandising, bookkeeping, and execution of the food program, maintaining attendance and safety while leading by example and fostering a positive work culture.

Competenze

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
• Experience with recruiting/interviewing is valuable.
• Experience handling food is desirable.
• High School or College degree is expected.

Mansioni

• You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• You'll help hire, supervise and work with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• You will maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
• You will ensure on-site attendance and execute our food program.
