Circle K in Greenville, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee Stationstore operations and help lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with hiring, supervising staff, and daily tasks while maintaining high standards of service and merchandising.

You will contribute to bookkeeping, training, and creating a positive, safe, and productive work atmosphere. Prior retail supervisory experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Recruiting, interviewing and staff development experience are a plus.
• Supervisory or management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help hire, supervise and work with staff on daily tasks.
• Perform bookkeeping and merchandising duties.
• Provide fast, friendly service and maintain high standards.
• Ensure regular onsite attendance and safety.
