GPM Investments in Del Valle, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4567. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, serve customers at the register, and lead a high-performing team.

This role requires open availability including weekends and holidays, a valid driver's license, and a Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one. Weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• 21+ years old and able to perform physical tasks.
• Proficient English and basic math skills.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
