Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Richland, WA. You will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver flawless guest service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in Food/Hospitality, proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements
