Zaxby’s is seeking a hard-working Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining fast-paced operational excellence at the Duluth, GA location. The role emphasizes team development, scheduling, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience in a fast-food environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food safety knowledge and commitment to health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, assist the General Manager with hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing and shift execution.
• Manage labor costs, inventory, and cost controls; ensure cash handling and deposits are secure.
