You will oversee daily restaurant functions, ensure high-quality guest experiences, and model strong leadership while supporting the team across production, service, and training.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach with team execution.
• Skilled in coaching and developing teammates.
• Available to work across early and late shifts (5am–11pm).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong communication and positive attitude in leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and assist across operations: production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service.
• Oversee production line, ensure quality, and maintain peak performance.
• Provide structured training, mentorship, and feedback to crew members.
• Maintain a positive culture with high energy and clean, welcoming environment.
• Follow structured procedures within a franchise backed by a proven system.
