You will supervise production, training, and customer service, uphold quality standards, and help build a positive culture across shifts from 5 AM to 11 PM, supporting colleagues and delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on approach with the team.
• Coaching and mentoring younger crew members.
• Flexible shifts 5 AM–11 PM.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
