Job summary

BellStores seeks a Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Manager in Galion, OH to oversee daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and to support the store manager in executing the business plan.

You will ensure Dairy Queen standards for quality, service speed, cleanliness and safety, manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and cost control while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Maintain Dairy Queen standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Assist in executing the restaurant’s business plan as directed by the DQ Grill and Chill Manager.
• Ensure guest service meets company standards and address customer complaints promptly.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cash control, and labor cost optimization.
• Schedule hourly employees to meet staffing needs.
• Lead staff training and development and conduct performance reviews.
