Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager at 6101 George Washington Memorial Hwy. This full-time role oversees store operations, customer service, and staff during shifts to ensure quality pizzas and smooth workflow.

You will lead a team of 3–30 coworkers, manage cash, inventory, safety, and training, and maintain Domino's Grooming Standards while delivering a positive guest experience.

Weekly pay is offered and this is a path to broader store leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Assistant managers are responsible for cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the tone and the example for the store and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!
• Leading a shift and managing 3–30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment.
• Make pizzas following recipes, portion sizes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain professional appearance per grooming standards.
