Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations including customer service, food prep, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, provide coaching and enforce company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following sanitation guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategies to improve restaurant performance and meet goals.
• Complete administrative tasks and inventory management as needed.
• Act as GM in their absence to ensure continuity of operations.
