Job summary

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shifts, care for customers, and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will lead the team on shift, uphold brand image, and complete Pizza College training to stay current with policies.

The role emphasizes high-volume store management, labor scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality across all duties while fostering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food Safety Certified as required by area.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Manage the store and Team with high volume mentality.
• Meet CMS service goals.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Train and coach Team to achieve product, service, image results.
• Operate all equipment inside the store, including oven-tending.
• Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Lead Team Members to achieve store goals.
• Provide a fun, happy, and exciting environment for Customers and Team Members while taking orders.
