Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, lead a team, and uphold high standards of service and quality. The role offers an hourly wage between $15 and $18 with bonus opportunities and a pathway toward General Manager through our development programs.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing schedules and inventory, ensuring product quality, handling customer concerns, and maintaining store image. Prior management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S employment authorization.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Preferred restaurant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop a team.
• Place store food orders and maintain inventory; manage shifts.
• Ensure exceptional product quality above all.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns.
• Maintain the proper image of all store employees.
• Adhere to all policies, including Team Sharma Domino’s policies.
• Answer store calls promptly after the first ring.
