Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Support hiring, directing and development of store staff.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
