Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store with focus on guest experience and financial goals. You will participate in a multi‑week Store Leadership Training program and lead a team of associates to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide leadership and training to new staff as part of a 3+ week leadership training program.
• Support store leadership to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
