Circle K in Medina, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee store operations, staff hiring, supervision and daily tasks. You will support bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintain high service standards for a fast-paced environment.

You will model urgency, leadership and customer focus, ensuring reliable onsite attendance while promoting a positive work atmosphere and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience with recruiting/hiring/interviewing is a plus.
• Food handling experience is a bonus.
• High School or College degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and briefing staff on daily tasks.
• Support bookkeeping and merchandising and maintain high standards.
• Provide fast, friendly service and ensure consistent onsite attendance.
• Execute food program standards and lead by example.
