Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Jimmy Johns Assistant Manager or 1 year Jimmy Johns Person in Charge/Shift Lead.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable.
• Online learning completed to Assistant Manager level.
• English communication skills required for customer service and team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of 3–15 employees with independent oversight.
• Oversees training and performance, and approves promotions or transfers.
• Handles ordering, inventory, and loss prevention for the unit.
• Greets customers, takes orders, and ensures accurate cash handling.
• Maintains world-class customer service and supports rush periods.
