Job summary

Waldorf Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager (AM) to lead restaurant operations focused on profitability and guest service. The AM supports the Restaurant General Manager in managing daily operations and directly oversees a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators.

The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, previous experience in a quick service restaurant, and be available evenings and weekends. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient service and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• 1+ years of previous quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs and conduct inspections.
• Place and receive inventory orders.
• Monitor restaurant assets.
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Motivate team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Provide coaching to increase team capabilities.
