Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Spain, SL is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee sales floor and stockroom functions, schedule staff, manage payroll, train non-management teammates, and drive sales through product knowledge and compelling visual displays.

You will also analyze reports, protect store assets, operate POS systems, and fulfill OMNI Channel orders while upholding the brand culture and values across the team.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.

• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
