Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in Lakewood, CO to lead a fashion-focused team and drive store performance. You will coach a stylist team, ensure outstanding customer service, and partner with the Store Manager on recruitment and onboarding.

You will own daily operations, maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines, and manage payroll and expenses while upholding integrity and brand standards. This role requires reliability and flexibility.

Qualifications

• You're a sales driver and brand ambassador delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• You support Store Manager in talent recruitment and onboarding to reduce turnover.
• You organize and plan daily store operations with attention to detail.
• You lead by example, communicate clearly and coach your team for improvement.
• You uphold Windsor policies with integrity and maintain store standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of up to 25 associates to drive sales and customer service.
• Partner with the Store Manager to supervise training and performance.
• Own daily operations, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Ensure payroll and expenses are controlled while maintaining costs.
• Foster Windsor values and deliver a respectful, accountable store culture.
