Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales through strong customer service and efficient store operations. You will oversee opening/closing, supervise team members, and ensure brand standards in visual displays and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, engagement, and development, with opportunities to advance from within. You’ll partner with leadership to execute business strategies, analyze reports, and maintain a high-energy, inclusive store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
