Puig is seeking an Assistant Manager, E-Retail, Niche, to grow the North America online business for Byredo, Penhaligon's, Dries Van Noten, Christian Louboutin Beauty, and L'Artisan Parfumeur across essential retailers.
You will partner with the Niche E-Retail Manager and cross-functional teams to execute digital activations, optimize assortments, monitor performance, and drive conversion and brand storytelling on retailer sites.
As the Assistant Manager, E-Retail, Niche, you will support the growth of BYREDO, Penhaligon's, Dries Van Noten, Christian Louboutin Beauty, and L'Artisan Parfumeur North America e-retail business across key strategic retail partners. This role is responsible for executing digital commerce strategies that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and deliver a best-in-class online consumer experience across retailer platforms.
You will work closely with the Niche E-Retail Manager, retailer partners and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Media, and Demand Planning to execute digital activations, support product launches, optimize online assortments, and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, highly organized, and passionate about luxury beauty and digital commerce.
As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000.00 - $90,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
