Job summary

Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager in Las Vegas to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help build community connections and foster a welcoming environment that reflects Soma’s culture of hospitality.

You will drive sales, develop associates, and ensure smooth store operations, including inventory and daily replenishment, while maintaining brand standards and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.

About the role

You’ll bring to the role

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
