Adidas seeks an Assistant Manager, Digital Sell-In Solutions to power our wholesale digital engine. You will be the go-to problem-solver for tool support, data setup, and functional rollouts, ensuring teams stay informed and empowered.

You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric tool improvements, maintain documentation, and support change management across NAM. This role blends analytical thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, digital-first

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
One to Three years of experience in sales, business or financial analysis and planning
Industry specific experience preferred
Advanced MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point skills required

Responsabilités

Serve as the first line of support for the Wholesale Intake Form and tool-related inquiries spanning the WHS digital tool landscape - escalating tickets as needed and keeping users and team members informed on progress and resolution.
Manage customer and Promo/FOC budget setups, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Support training and onboarding efforts, including the creation and maintenance of documentation, SOPs, and SharePoint content.
Assist in testing and rollout of new functionality, contributing to change management efforts and stakeholder readiness.
Partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to deeply understand how they operate within digital tools and identify what's essential for their success, ensuring solutions are user-centric and impactful.
Document enhancement requests and support the development of business cases for tool improvements.
Maintain and update SharePoint content to ensure teams have access to the latest resources and information.
Provide cross-channel support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
Participate in workstreams and projects as assigned to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiencies, and innovative ways of working across NAM.
