Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager at its Allen, TX location to lead store operations, supervise the food service team and drive sales while upholding Braum's standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma; you will coach staff, monitor inventory, ensure safety and quality, and report to the Store Manager on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00
(annually $47,500 - $49,500)

Assistant Manager's role:

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
